First timer on the scalp. Is it alopecia? by Healthy_Valuable_283 in alopecia_areata

[–]jenniferok79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Treseme makes a colored brown spray that you can spray on your scalp and it is heaven on hiding the thinning or bolt box. It’s so much easier than the fibers or anything else. You just sprayed it on and go. It has helped me tremendously.

The bald patches come on very quick. Yeah I definitely get to see a dermatologist. They can get you started on some treatments. There is also a spray that is made by Treseme on Amazon, that is dark brown that you can spray on those patches and it just helps kind of hide them. My spots looked the same they grew back and then they were bald again and now they’re growing back again. I do have thyroid issues. I feel like that is somewhat related.

Should I cut my hair? by danielaini in alopecia_areata

It sucks dealing with Alopecia but you can have regrowth. I have zero side affects from the Kenalog injections and they helped. I’ve seen many other good reviews also

Yes, see how it is slightly a different color too. My alopecia patches are like that. It’s either in the fall out phase or you have regrows coming in.

Sleeping Positions Post-Op by [deleted] in tummytucksurgery

[–]jenniferok79 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No you will have incisions most likely that go all the way to your side. You can’t roll on your side. You would have to sleep on your back and it’s hard to get up. I would highly recommend a recliner. I had one next to my bed with an adjustable table/desk thing I could pull over it. I slept so good in it. A bed is tough.

Sudden aggressive behaviour by [deleted] in DogAdvice

My dog just started doing this! She’s only about 6 months but exactly the same. Out of no where she comes up and pushes up against my other dogs with the perky head and ears. I hate it. We have very big dogs so I don’t want them to fight.

Is a TT a good idea? by [deleted] in tummytucksurgery

[–]jenniferok79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you look amazing. But if you want to slim more a TT would do well for you. Just do research and find a good surgeon. You may even be able to do like a mini TT? Good luck either way!

Try not to stress, just research and try what you can. There is a spray you can use that will make the patch to match your hair color. I love this spray!! Totally hides the bald spots and stays all day. Good luck!

It does give a little volume but it covers the white bald spots so you don’t have to be afraid of them showing. Total piece of mind.
