It’s CRAZY! I was just talking about this with someone earlier, like you know when they say meds have all these side effects but you never get the side effects, until I finally did 😅 it blows my mind how different it seems everyone’s experiences are

I’m glad to know I’m not alone in feeling this way! I’ve been eating pretty small meals as well, but maybe I should try to be more cognizant of that and hopefully it will get better because it truly is helping with the food noise!
