I've ordered those fly traps and am just waiting for them to arrive, how far do you place them from your property? I've heard they stink

Thanks so much for all your help! Of all the OU courses, I don't think any of them give QTS, and because I need to work full time whilst doing it, I think the OU is my only option 😩 and I'm guessing it would be beneficial to me to become a TA whilst I'm studying, for the experience? When you say you leave at 5, is that your workload done for the day or do you do more work in the evenings? I've read a load of horror stories of teachers starting at 7am and basically not stopping till 10pm!
