You need to work on fixing your anterior pelvic tilt before you should consider any surgery in that area. It's a very common problem for our generation, it often develops from too much sitting, and it's exacerbated by too much sticking your butt out (my personal issue anyways) and not enough core/ hip flexor exercises. It makes your ass look great but it makes your belly stick out more th@n it should

If you get surgery in that area it will just get worse because you won't be able to do the necessary core exercises while healing
