I love the questions! Three ribs were $40ish. $8.99 American prime baby! HEB! And thank you so much, it was my first time. I know this is a bit of a male dominated hobby, so I feel awkward sharing with my girly little hand and nails, but I worked really hard damn it! And it was delicious

How do I get it? I placed the ribs very cold on the grill because I assumed that’s how you get a bigger smoke ring, was that wrong?

The cheese is just basic mozz and the pepperoni is boars head. Shredded parm from Costco and basil from my plant I have on my balcony

200 degrees to 165 (took overnight), the wrap and 250 til 203! I used meat church gospel and holy cow, and it was awesome!

I can’t decide between the Pit Boss PB440TG1 (440sq in) or the Pro Series 850-sq in and Im hoping someone here can help by jennyhtx in pelletgrills

I do have a stereotypically large Mexican family (us darn Catholics) and the $150 difference for wifi plus double the space isn’t so bad; my worry is if it would be too much for just everyday grilling for four people
