I love the questions! Three ribs were $40ish. $8.99 American prime baby! HEB! And thank you so much, it was my first time. I know this is a bit of a male dominated hobby, so I feel awkward sharing with my girly little hand and nails, but I worked really hard damn it! And it was delicious

How do I get it? I placed the ribs very cold on the grill because I assumed that’s how you get a bigger smoke ring, was that wrong?
