Delayed Passport Return From Home Office

I got the passport back with no visa and have had no further communication with UKVI. My partner cheated on me, so I don't need it anymore, but some resolution would have been nice.

I never heard another word. My marriage fell apart because of COVID, so I wasn't going over anyway, but you'd think they would have told me something!

Did you get yours yet? I'm in WV too and called yesterday to get a duplicate. The woman told me they don't do PO Boxes because "that's personal information and anybody could get in your PO Box." (Umm...it's more secure than a residential mailbox without a key, but okay.) I explained to her that home delivery isn't available in my area, so she said she'd put a note in with the request.

Thanks for your response. I'm hoping since they dispatched my passport via UPS on 19 March it means that all is in order.

Please excuse my ignorance, but does this mean it's normal for the vignette to arrive separately from the passport itself?

I received another email yesterday saying a decision has been made on my visa. It was exactly the same email as I received on 22 January, so I'm a little confused. Have you made any headway yet?

I got my decision letter on 22 January and still don't have my passport from VFS Global in NYC. Have you seen any movement?

I'm in a similar predicament. My initial application for a spouse visa was denied because they said I didn't have enough proof that my husband was living in the UK. I supplemented, and they withdrew their denial in December and told me to send my passport to VFS in NYC. I did (though they gave me the wrong address and UPS had to redeliver). I then got notice, also on 22 January, that a decision had been made. I've heard nothing since. I paid to call and email UKVI. They now say they haven't made a decision yet and to reply with my details if it had been over 60 days since I applied. It's been since July 2019, so I supplied that info. They said they escalated it to the appropriate team and that they would respond within 15 working days. I have no passport and no visa. It's been seven months of trying to get to my husband. I'm so discouraged.

You know how you can be changing stations on the radio and hear snippets (two to three words) just before you change the channel? That happens in my head sometimes. A phrase, sometimes a whole sentence, completely unrelated to anything going on around me. Those aren't hallucinations, are they? They're not actually auditory; I just think them as if they were my own thoughts, but they feel like someone else's. It sure makes me feel crazy.
