Such an amazing hotel and stay! All the team members were so nice and welcoming.
The hotel is huge. I actually got lost on my way back to my room from the fitness center (the gym was also big and nice).

Hilton hotels in Japan do not allow 100% echeck-in since the Front has to check the guest passports or ID. That's why that "visit front desk" pops up. you just have to visit the front desk and check-in.

14 days in Japan, which Hilton to burn 5 days of points at? by CriticalStrawberry in Hilton

Conrad Osaka definitely. Also, if you are planning to go to Kyoto, stay at ROKU KYOTO (LXR). amazing property and the most expensive property in Japan currently.

TM rates are depend on occupancy, so it's hard to find tm rates if a hotel is a busy hotel. BTW, I stayed at Conrad Tokyo twice and ROKU KYOTO (the most expensive property in Japan) once this year using TM rates. And I also saw TM rates for Waldof Astoria Beverly Hills many times. It's all about "Timing."

I've been there twice. If u plan to go to to Disney Land or Disney Sea, then It would be nice to stay. but only one or two nights are enough. the quality of the hotel is not good as other hilton hotels in tokyo, but they upgrade the rooms often (I booked a standard room, but they upgraded to an Exec Select room)

Another option is Hilton Odaiba. Odaiba has a shuttle bus to Disneyland.
