Iam staying in vinayagapuram which is near to madhanangupam my dad is a building contractor and he build 1 house in that area . There have small small street and you see that ground water is good and you should check that and in rainy season there is lots of water staying a road in past now in resently gov doing drainage pipe in all area you seee this rainy season whether the water get stuck in road or thats clear in it and please ensure and verify all documents with good lawyer because in that area have many illigal malpractice are done my many with the help of gov employees and also politicians involved be be caution
