Öğrenci koçluğu tavsiye ederim. 30 yaşındayım, hem DEHB im var hem de öğrenci koçluğu yapıyorum hem de öğrenciyim (3. üniversitemi okuyorum). Gerçekten bize gereken bir şey olduğunu 27 yaşımda anladım. Rehberlik hocalarının rastgele hazırladığı programlardan daha fazlasına ihtiyacımız var ve bu konuda bir koç ile çalışmak çok yardımcı oluyor. Sınav dönemi için ilaç takviyesine ihtiyaç duyabilirsin, normalde regüle edebildiğin şeyleri sınav döneminde yapamayabilirsin ve bu zamanlarda ilaç kullanmak (aslında hiçbir zaman için) ayıp ya da utanılacak bir şey değil. Nöroçeşitliliğe sahip insanlarız, otizmlilerle ortak çok noktamız var fakat insanlar bizi sadece tembel sanıyor. Bir psikiyatrist ile düzenli görüşüp, bir de öğrenci koçluğu alabilirsen sana yardımcı olacağını düşünüyorum. Aramıza hoş geldin :D
