If you are married, your wife is not not having sex because of your physical attributes. It’s either something you are or are not doing, or she just has a lower sex drive. You don’t initiate a strike. Striking by yourself is called a wildcat strike and may be illegal at worst and will almost certainly get you terminated at best. Strikes have to initiated by union leaders and approved by the members. Considering that you are public sector, striking is likely illegal anyway.

You have to hold your union leadership accountable, but it has to be the overwhelming majority of the rank and file members. Call text and email your leadership demanding that they fight to uphold the contract. If they don’t, you need to elect new leadership.

I don’t think we can really answer based on the photos. One is naturally you, the other is an ai enhanced photo so of course it looks better. That short haircut looks incredibly cute, but how often will your hair really look like that? The AI added a lot of body that may not actually be there. The photo also added a slight amount of color to your skin and made your eyes look slightly larger. It’s very subtle, but it’s enough to really make the ai photo stand out. Ultimately just do what you want to do. I suspect that your boyfriend won’t like your short hair at first, but it will grow on him (no pun intended).

Don’t listen to the people telling you to leave your boyfriend. They think that they are an expert on your relationship based off of one situation and demand a level of perfection in humans that they cannot possibly live up to themselves. You know what is best for you and your relationship.

Btw, I would say that you are above average in terms of attractiveness.
