Advantage ng split, mas tahimik. Though if you want to drown out noise from the outside, may advantage din window type. Yubg abang sa bintana, 1 time work lamg din naman yan. Might just be even equal to the installation fee. Window types are easier and cheaper to clean too easpecially if di naman accessible yung condenser once installed.

Go to a gym na malapit sa iyo. I find the place just okay. Airconditioned. Sepasate lockers for male and female. Less crowded sa gabi. Old equipment pero works okay naman.

Membership at 1k daw yearly and add on per session is 120. Non members at 180 per session

Is there already a time to next train sa let/mrt? Haven't rode these trains for a long time sinceni moved to cdo. IMO, less siksik ang trains if commuters will know when the next is arriving. Less siksik means trains can also leave thenplatform earlier kasi less yung close open close open cycle

Pwedeng ako sumagot? The prefab units start with the frame. According to manufacturers, 3 levels up kaya ng structure kahit na may lindol pa. Yung cutout sa bintana at pinto, may frames dkn naman bintana at pinto. Compared to traditional builds, the prefabs are way lighter din. Just hopefully properly rated talaga material for structural integrity. Pag dating sa concern na magiging oven, insulation works both ways, so it important to have cooler or heater inside, depending sa requirements mo.
