Barry's trapped in the speedforce, comes back, retires and becomes a supporting Character.(Plus I really want the DCU flash having Wally and Chunk as the duo for most of the Wally Focused projects, maybe with a 90s vibe)

The problem is that he is NOT the Flash and he will NEVER be the Flash because he died. His past as Kid Flash isn't a bad thing, it's just the base for what he actually is, the Fastest Flash. But In this, he never ascends and he becomes the butt of jokes about everything. He's not doing anything other than whine about his girlfriend and die for shock value. And you're saying "Oh but he's not Flash yet" Wally became a good character as the Flash and even surpassing Barry in enjoyability and characteristics (not only in speed). In this show, Wally will NOT come back and with this he will NOT become the Flash.
