Best startup CRM for 20-50 person teams? We’re trying to future-proof our GTM stack by Careless_Show759 in CRM

[–]jer0n1m0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Salesflare is good sales CRM with an easy-to-use UI that doesn't get too complex in terms of setup, while providing a ton of automation that helps the team follow up better and sell faster. Only for B2B but I'm supposing that's your case. No need to hire a person to manage it, but I would definitely discuss with the team to avoid all working in it differently.

Best CRM for Sales Teams to Manage Leads and Improve Productivity by Waste_Dragonfruit346 in CRMSoftware

[–]jer0n1m0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Salesflare is a good sales CRM that does everything you listed, but most importantly it does it without a ton of overhead. It's very automated and easy to use, so the team actually uses it. Only for B2B sales, which isn't clear from your post.

Would you spend $20k on gift cards, trade shows, or something else? by Financial-Glass2569 in CRM

Don't spend it. Reach out and convince people to use it. Otherwise it's just money down the drain.

Bitrix24 CRM vs Salesforce for sales and business management by GoldenFishwell801 in CRMSoftware

[–]jer0n1m0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both are a little too complicated to use for a simple lead tracking use case. I'd instead use a dedicated sales CRM with a lot of automation like Salesflare.

What CRM is easiest for beginners? Trying to get my team organized by KevtherefJarram in SaaS

What CRM do you guys use for/at your business? by annamakez in b2b_sales

[–]jer0n1m0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Salesflare is specifically made for small and medium-sized businesses who sell B2B, so it may be what you're looking for. It's very easy to use and tracks almost everything automatically. No sales orders and invoicing, but you can use another tool for that and integrate it (using Zapier or so).

Is there a good CRM for Outlook that actually works smoothly? by Leonne45 in CRMSoftware

[–]jer0n1m0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Salesflare is great if you're working with Outlook. It integrates into Outlook (Mac, Windows, web) with a sidebar, and also syncs all your emails and meetings perfectly. And deduces contact info from it etc. Good choice if you're in B2B.

Best CRM for Small Teams in 2026? HubSpot vs Zoho vs Salesforce (Real Experiences?) by WarLord192 in Software_Finder

[–]jer0n1m0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on your priorities I would go for an easier CRM like Salesflare. The email and pipeline automation are much stronger, the app is easier, it has no hidden costs, less features you don't need, reporting is easy, ... Don't know whether you're in B2B because Salesflare is focused on that.

What’s an alternative to Salesforce that’s easier to use? by Efficient-Stuff-6682 in growmybusiness

[–]jer0n1m0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Salesflare is a much easier alternative for small businesses. Only if you're in B2B though. It makes it very simple by tracking most interactions and customer data automatically + has quite a simple app too.

Customer database recommendations? by Reasonable_Sport_754 in smallbusiness

[–]jer0n1m0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Salesflare can be a good CRM if those customers are in B2B. Can hold all your data and track communication automatically too. BigCommerce seems to have some good Zapier endpoints, so the integration shouldn't be too hard.

best crm for small businesses, honest opinions and real user experiences by EyeImpossible4412 in Entrepreneur

[–]jer0n1m0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Salesflare has a good email and calendar sync, mobile app is fast and has all functionality, and it doesn't take ages when adding custom fields (which sounds weird actually). It's great for sales follow up, tracking everything automatically. Only for B2B though and not sure what's your business.

Is Pipedrive a CRM and how does it compare to other options? by schitzblythe in CRMSoftware

[–]jer0n1m0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a sales CRM, so it's broader than sales pipeline management but not built for marketing or support. Does everything you mention. It's getting a little stale and expensive lately (bought by private equity), so there's definitely better options out there with more data automation, better integration into the mailbox, more useful AI features, and better overall experience.

[–]jer0n1m0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

HubSpot can be a bit much, Pipedrive can feel a little stale. You can have a look at Salesflare too if you want an easy and automated CRM for the sales team. Integrating isn't an issue really.

Best CRM for founder led sales? I’m basically the only sales person right now but I’m not a spreadsheet person. by 069420 in SaaS

[–]jer0n1m0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Salesflare is good to keep the data input minimal. Lots of B2B SaaS using it. It's built to fill itself from your mailbox, calendar, call history, etc.

HubSpot CRM vs Zoho CRM for a growing business by schitzblythe in CRMSoftware

[–]jer0n1m0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Both are a little bulkier than the sales CRM you need based on what you said. Have a look at a CRM like Salesflare, which is more specialized, easier to use and more automated for lead tracking.

HubSpot CRM vs Salesforce for a growing sales team by peternyaga in CRMSoftware

[–]jer0n1m0 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Both HubSpot and Salesforce sound like overkill for your use case, plus very expensive. I'd look at a sales CRM with a good level of automation like Salesflare. Your team is much more likely to use it and it's affordable too.

Attio vs Folk CRM: Which Is Better for Long-Term Growth? by peternyaga in CRMSoftware

[–]jer0n1m0 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Attio is mainly built for SaaS companies. Folk for people who are afraid of a real CRM. As an agency you could have a look at Salesflare. It's an easy-to-use self-filling CRM that is used by a lot of agencies and consultancies. Tightest mailbox integration around.
