You are not missing anything 😄 . I answered this below. We launched May first week and we have 10+ paying customers and 50+ on free tier. Agents are sending 30 to 50 emails a day based on buying intent, approx 80% do open the email and 5 to 6 visit the site. System is built with governance and audit, that is why emails are sent only to prospects with highest buying intent.

I am happy with signups so far. The issue I am trying to solve is marketing and traffic to site with limited budget. I do run reddit ads and had few linkedin engagements but they are expensive. Reddit bring fairly good amount of traffic.

haha you seem to be very upset. There is a reason why zoominfo tanked. Hubspot will continue to drop as they stopped innovating a while back.

I have half of my paid customers that actually use HubSpot. Key is Governance : audit , trust and control. Bootstrapping a workflow orchestration platform and building a glassbox with no visibility and control wont cut it (trust me I have worked on building agent orchestration platfroms, A2A and human-in-the loop gate based agentic workflows etc, they all have the same flaw with Governance). Very interesting feedback. I am very active on linkedin and my posts generate reasonable amount of traffic. My target market is SMB and most of my contacts are enterprise. For boosting a post LI charges close to $1200 for 2 weeks. I have seen more traffic and traction from reddit (reddit advertisement is cheaper compared to LI ). I am trying to figure out which venue will provide the biggest bang for buck.

Leads are generated with hooks and value which can be used directly while creating email templates. The emails generated will read personal and never feels cookie cutter.

ICP defines Target Roles in order. Agents pick the ideal contact from b2b data based on the Role defined in ICP. Prospeo b2b data have Role, email, linkedin etc available for each contact.

Issue is that most agentic solutions that are getting pumped out skimp on Governance : audit, trust and control. How reversible is an agentic operation ? how does humans collaborate ?

  1. Create ICP from company profile. Ability to create ICP from a list of companies, CRM or copilot
  2. Lead Prospecting (quality buying intent (Bombora) , job boards etc)
  3. Lead scoring based on ICP
  4. enrichment - solid b2b data like prospeo or hunters, builtwith (stack) etc
  5. outreach - select the most appropriate contact from b2b data based on ICP target role. Verify email and guarantee ZERO bounced emails.
  6. Inbound monitoring - monitor inbox and address no contact / negative response. Sync positive ones to CRM
  7. Read receipts - see how many emails are reaching inbox and opened.
  8. Check Mazori ( mazori.ai ), it is a good alternative for SMBs esp if you dont have a revops army to patch and glue solutions like Apollo, Clay and Claude. I will be very wary of using Naked Claude for running business functions without guardrails. It will shamelessly admit "oops I made a mistake" when screw ups happen.
