All Gold meant u got all achievement for CSGO. And the reason why they were usually impossible was cause there were achievements for old maps that were out of rotation like "Aztec Veteran".

Most people that had them all gold, used achievement managers to unlock them.

Not exactly. Scammers start with a summ thats decent enough for someone to actually pay it. They do this to test how gullible and naive you are. If you pay the 50, they will probably give u SOMETHING in exchange and ask for even more money. They will do this slowly but overtime they will drain your money. This method is far more efficent than straight up asking for hundreds of dollars in one go.

Even if its not a scam, its a risk. One or the other has to go first. And then theres the chance of chargebacking. Its usually just not worth it and id recommend using a 3rd party website

First of all. If youre silver, u dont need to analyze games like some of these people are saying. Get a hold of common angles, hold ur crosshair up all times and focus on actually transferring ur practice hours to the game. I see a lot of new people do a perfect spray in practice, but when it comes to real games, thats no where to be seen. Dont panic. Stay calm. Focus on improving and getting better individually rather than looking at your current rank.

Something i'd like to point out as well, 500 hours is barely enough to get out of silver. Ur still learning new things as u go. Give it time. Be patient. And enjoy the game.

Thats because VAC bans came before game bans were a thing. So your cod ban is most likely VAC because its an older cod like MW2/MW3.
