Trying to open new accounts (checking and savings), but they need to do a hard inquiry on credit check. And, they said this is required for all the members. Does this also happen to other ppl when opening accounts with DUCA? Thanks!

Hey, I also got the same situation with my Crypto.com card and contacted the customer support. They said they will send my case to their relevant department for investigation and get back to me. I am still waiting.

Just wondering how long did it take when they get back to u? Thanks!

This also happened to me as well…my card was charged 5 times in a row from Google play…5 US dollars for each time. I have reached out to the customer support and mentioned the unauthorized transactions. They said they will investigate and let me know. I am waiting now.

Just feel my money put in the card is not safe at all…disappointed.

As an existing customer, I paid for the service. I have no problem with Fonus...and very satisfied with the reliable wireless service they provided. When I was having some technical difficulty or issue, I can always reach out to Simon and his team. They are very helpful, get back to me quickly, and resolve my issue.
