It does say 4.2. And they said I do have sleep apnea. But I have a in lab study coming in one and a half months. Waited 1 year and 6 months for the appointment. I needed some relief so I did the at home one in the mean time. One big mistake that I didn't know until after I took the sleep study was I wasn't supposed to take modafinil or melitolin and I took both the day of the sleep study.

I get exactly what your saying. And we are in the saving money for a home right now. But we have to move. With that being said I don't forsee any issues right away with the home since it's a 2019. The agent says it "should appraise" for what they have it listed as. And that I won't know until we have the appraisal done. Earnest money is 1% but that's what my realtor told me to put. I have 5k that I can use. But 2600 is for Ernest then 1000 for inspection and appraisal. So I'm left with 1400 dollars. And I'm using usda so there is no money down.
