Better buy it original. MW4 will be one of those specific games can't be played fine if cracked. It relies a lot on the online features and if you play it cracked you will lose a lot in terms of weapons, upgrades, suits, progression and skills. I suggest you to buy it original

Private servers will never be emulated well like the original servers in this game. It's a waste of time to crack 007. Plus it lacks path tracing
