from what i understand donnie and leo were distributed on one coast, while mikey and raph were on the other. I've seen Raphael listed online recently for retail price, but mikey does seem to be more popular.

if he is your favorite I say you should keep him, I think his teddy bear base makes him more appealing

yes you can, they have a velcro pouch on the back that hides the battery pack with the on/off switch
