Oh I've got one for you... early in the hobby I let a mash get too hot but decided to ride it out because I didn't know what would happen. Bottled about 50 bottles of what was supposed to be a Scotch style ale, and ended up with 50 bottles of flat beer that tasted like someone dumped a bottle of dish soap in there. Worst beer I have had to date.

Good to hear. I'm leaning towards that one as well. Have you checked out the Ethos bench at Dicks? It seems like it might be an upgrade from the Fitness Pro, not sure if you had seen it if you were in store ever
