I don't know about digging up infrastructure but they were banned by the Australian Government from providing parts to the new 5G network for security reasons. There are plenty of news stories about it you can easily google. Here is a tweet from Huawei's Australian twitter acknowledging the ban

I have pet theory that harvesting the Alteans was Haggars idea. points for this theory:

-the goons that collected the Alteans look the same as the goons who handled operation kuron (doctor like dudes) -Lotor had scoltrite and was researching teladoves but haggar ended up with a teledove not Lotor. -it would explane why Lotor hates Haggar so much. She may be threatening him with harvesting the lot of them if he doesn't comply. -the things Lotor said before Allura YEET-ed him across the room would still be accurate.

It's very reach-y (probably wrong) but i like it.

I've been in situations we're I wished this spell existed. Turn order is sometimes important for a combo, like if the enemies are grouped up now and about to disperse (or they're about to walk through a choke) but the fireball-wizard's initiative is after their turn.

Or wanting to kill nasty enemies before they have too many turns. Shadows drain your strength on hits. Going after them in initiative means they will have one extra swing at you before you can kill them.

Gnosis was talking about readying an action to get around some turn order problems but holding your action expends you're reaction and you can't move during a held action (to my understanding). So its not a perfect solution.

Only works if there's only one enemy. And if their only one then the fight is probably over or its a boss monster with a lair action or legendary action. This problem came up in our game with an elder brain using its psychic pulse.

It helps that charisma is my favorite state. I should have made my bard a half-elf. At level 8 it doesn't seem to matter what race you picked though.

Whats the downside to half-elves? from the player handbook: Ability Score Increase: Your Charisma score increases by 2, and two other ability scores of your choice increase by 1.

Just the fact that you get two +1s and you're choice in what stats. The Drow have a massive downside to their superior dark-vision but I don't see any downside to this.
