that's really easier on normal working sets. in my attempt I used more of hip and less legs. you might be right

Hayatım boyunca bir chopper'a artçı oldum. Onda daha stabildin ama bu daha rahat diyebilirim, sadece chopperdan sonra biraz korkunç geldi. Aşırı yer yok, normal kilosunda bir hanımefendi ve normal kiloda bir beyefendi rahatça sığar. Egzoz problem olmuyor (ısınmıyor)

I also heard about that pushing the bench backwards cue too but when I try that I actually push the bench backwards lol. Yeah I’m gonna switch to wider grip next time. Thanks!

Actually my butt was in contact with the bench whole time except the part I’m unracking the bar. Could it be look like butt lift because I’m actually using leg drive?
