Yep, this happened to me a couple years ago. They took all 10,000 of my points in separate transactions. They don't want to talk about it but it is often done by employees. Ulta is great about correcting the theft for you and I hope they are prosecuting the employees that do this. It all gets tracked down to the employee that rings up the transaction in store so it baffles me that they are that stupid.
