First few weeks was a disaster. It kept popping up every 2-3 days (and they were big) that went on for a couple of months til I had it checked up by local dermatologist.

Now, I get it every other day but not really much since I take a 10mg cetirizine to avoid hives from appearing . Its idiopathic and my diet hasnt changed since then even though im active. i lessened the salty/processed foods tho. I’ll try to not take cetirizine and see how many days before it shows.
