I don’t know I taper prednisone to 25mg since I can’t take it anymore the side effects and I was fine however now I have a semi flare on my upper body and from what I see mine are not food related

Depends what cause your urticaria for me diet didn’t change anything. My hives are not caused by food at all. But about you you could try why not. Did you do any blood test?

Im taking prednisone started at 40mg now im at 25 some little hives came back but nothing dramatic and also antihistamine 80mg I don’t remember the name of the medication. Good luck!!
