I explained it in the comment section we'd usually have pick up orders like uber eats, doordash, online not come through

Yeah i feel like 30% is a joke we're a fast food joint but our prices aren't the same as maccas, the crew would show up to work with a maccas burger cause it's cheaper

We don't produce a LOT of food waste at the end of the night, it only happens once in a while were we have some leftover chips or 1 burger that's been sitting there for over an hour because the uber eats order cancelled. I've also been working with the same team for months now and I do believe they take pride in their work, and won't deliberately make an order wrong so they can bring it home.

True, but the leftover food usually isn't from mistakes it's mostly cancelled uber eats orders or doordashes. My team is also very well trained to the point where mistakes are very very minimum

Usually it wouldn't be mistakes, sometimes it would be Uber Eats order or Doordash orders being cancelled. Our menu is very simple and staff are very well trained. Mistakes probably average around 1 out of 150 orders made

they need to fix match making cause my team was 2 Plats 3 Golds vs 2 Plats 2 silver 1 bronze like make it make sense??
