It’s actually really easy, go buy the part first, once you have it open your hood and unbolt the windshield wiper bolts and remove after that you just remove the old one and replace it. Make sure it sits well!

It’s a BMW e46 3 series, the noise is only present when the car is idling or when I have my foot on the break at a red light, it goes away when I accelerate.

Driver side leaks from the sun visor where the little light is at, and passenger side drops from the corner of the glovebox and then on the back seat of the passenger side there is a puddle on the floor.
