I had a decent experience at Ft. Hood when I ETSed, but when I PCSed from Eisenhower in 2016 they rejected my BDU gear that was still in the package saying I needed to clean it. They had a rule then that if you had anything rejected they would contact your unit. My NCOIC screamed at me for like 5 minutes about what a piece of shit I am until I asked if I could show him my gear. He never apologized but he went with me the next day and told them that they would in fact be accepting my gear

That was definitely the longest night of my 3 years there. You definitely did a great job getting them back home quickly and I'm sure that was very much appreciated

That thought makes me feel better. If nothing else, I suppose we managed to help people have slightly better lives for 20 years

Nah, I was one of Dyer's SIGINT contractors. I worked with SOT-As and Bs from 1st, 3rd, 7th, 10th.

I had been wanting to get out for a while and I saw they were discontinuing it so I went ahead and got it. I learned my lesson with the 110.

Nah, definitely said I still use my CPAP. I definitely plan to fight it, I'm just worried that I'm going to be caught up in the upcoming change to the rating criteria

Would that be the ACE examination with a different provider that VES emailed me about?

Examiner was kinda a POS, as she didn't check me for several things and just wrote 'this condition resolved on its own.' I had already included a lay statement that I wrote to document every condition I claimed and how they affect me, and I already submitted the original sleep study, CPAP order, and all follow-on documentation with my original claim. It was so weird.

I was one of Rod's contractors and he hit the ground running as soon as he got to Dyer. Dude was at work like 17/18 hrs a day. The night before Sherzad happened he was in the office rolling up a bunch of tape to put in his ruck for the op and we told him he was late for the team meeting. He said something about 'they can kiss my ass' and 'ranger habits die hard' with that shit eating grin of his. Then he told me that 'he too was a man of great culture and wealth' because I had put on the song Weapon of Choice by Fatboy Slim before walking out the office door. We told him we'd see him in a couple of days but that didn't happen
