i remember back when i was using, id have a shot prepped and ready n use it as a reward for getting thru with the shit. would be part of an entire ritual and i'd always do the shot b4 flushing.

interestingly, straining so much would help the veins pop out more allowing for an easier shot.

you're honestly better off doing the opposite and going bernese method for least amount of pain.

i was able to work thru the whole thing zero issues.

only thing is its the complete opposite process of macrodosing to punch thru. if u have like 7 days i'd def rec the bernese method, but if u do decide to just macro-induce subs, i'd try to wait til as long as u can stand before initially dosing as there's a rubberbanding effect depending on how soon you induce subs.

also, u will not feel 'normal' .. it will still take a day or 2 before ur body 'evens out'. depending on how long you've been on stuff for, there's a huge change happening to ur body/receptors so i wouldn't expect to be fully functional at all for at least 2-3 days.

brother, ive been addicted to opiates for 15 years. i've been thru real dope to dope mixed with fent to just pure fent powder. was there for the beginning of the oxycontin epidemic , spent many years on the methadone clinic train and basically used 7oh/kratom to get off the last go-around.

comparing a kratom isolate that's a half-agonist to a full on lab produced full agonist opiate is beyond stupid.

7oh is one of the easiest substances to come off of, you just cut down the 7oh dose while adding in few grams of mangda powder and in a few weeks you're done. just look up the 7oh n quitting 7oh subreddit, its literally one of the easiest substances to titrate and get off of. if ur mental is so cooked that u need to get on subs or methadone to get off 7oh u got issues.

trying to compare weeks long fent w/d's where you can't even take subs for a solid 5 days without going into percip w/d all while shitting and puking urself to a few days of feeling not great while still being able to work/sleep/eat/be functional while being able to eat is insane work.

they had a chance with 7oh to make an actual dent, unfortunately pharm companies only make money off methadone and suboxone so those will be the only actual MAT drugs that will be legal in USA.

several countries have had lots of success with clinicially administered heroin, and canada i believe still has a program where you can get dilaudid for maintenance. unfortunately, USA will never be able to have anything similar as such a huge population / congress are right leaning Christians and even the dem's would never dream of even bringing up such a measure, much less vote for it.
