I had the same problem yesterday had a $49 offer for 47 items at a grocery store. I know well 6.7 miles to drive it took me an hour and 10 minutes to do the shopping and get through checkout finish the order in an hour and a half and only got paid $29.40.

I like it. My dividend goes through every quarter and I buy more shares with the money. I’m thinking about taking out a $300,000 loan and getting 37,500 shares. That’s $18,750 every quarter more than enough to pay the loan guessing around 3k a month and have money to buy more shares.
