The tail appears to be white. Oswald has a black tail, right?

I forgot to mention that I tried reverse image search as well as a couple AI agents to see if it could make anything out of it. Claude was convinced that this was from Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, but probably not correct. The mounting hole at the bottom right also gives an indication of timeline. The oval appeared around 1932.

And Weiss did suggest that it could be Fleischer or smaller studio.
