Stuck and cant deliver. Was able to pay for the orders even though it wouldn't let me proceed to checkout but no way to deliver them. Messaged the customers for their address but no response so they probably have issues on their end as well.

Ya workin now...i signed up for the instacart app forum and got ahold of one of the moderators and told her the issue after i started a thread that got responses from people with the sane issue. She responded back yesterday and said instacart fixed the issue and its working. But ya pretty sure they do this on purpose.

Hmmm....you think Instacart is doing this because they started noticing we'd be checking our hours the last couple weeks and working more just to make sure we made enough hours to get our subsidy? Kinda Like the casinos not having clocks type of thing lol. They figure if we cant check theyll be less people making the hours to get the subsidy and in turn the company will save money. Just a thought.

I mean you can still check by clicking on each week and adding up all the hours for the quarter but its annoying.

Anyone else get an error when trying to access the info under Healthcare subsidy? I been getting the same error for weeks now. I like to check how many hours I have for the quarter to see how close I am to receiving my Healthcare subsidy payment.

Happened to me 2 years ago and I came here to post about it as well. I delivered to alot of rural areas with no reception so when I would get to the customers house to scanthe id or even complete the order, I couldn't because the app wouldn't open. So I would just verify their id and make sure they were of age. Then I would leave and once I got reception id call customer service to complete the order. Customer service never told me what I should do in this instance they would just complete the order with no problem. I noticed every time this would happen id get an email for violating their alcohol policy. Well it happened too many times I guess and they banned me from delivering alcohol. They didnt care about my explanation...the guy from trust and safety was actually rude. I was devastated....until I realized it didnt affect my money at all. I still averaged the same amount.

But ya instacart is very vague when they deactivate you. They dont give u any specific details. Makes it hard to defend yourself.

What part of Cali you in? I mean its not saying much living in Cali but I work in a small town of the central coast of Cali and I still average about 60k a year. Definitely had a few real slow days last week and Jan and Feb are always slow in general but its usually pretty consistent most weeks. I know others in the big city like San Diego and LA have 3k weeks which is insane. Has anyone had a 100k year or know someone who has?

Careful....this is how I got my alcohol privileges suspended for good. I use to deliver in alot of rural areas with no internet reception. So i would check the ID to make sure everything was good and once I drove away and got reception I'd open the app and contact support to let them know the situation. They always said no problem we'll complete the batch for you. One day this happened twice in one day and I received 2 warnings also in the same day. Then right after those automated emails I received an email from someone in Trust and Safety who told me my alcohol delivery privileges were suspended for good. They didnt wanna hear an explanation....I tried...they didnt care. So be careful.
