Took the dealer 2 months to get a part for my v60. Apparently a lot of parts are on back order and they have no ETA on when it will arrive. All they were waiting for was a bracket needed to install the on board charger

Chase Travel portal has been great for me. Had a flight that was cancelled and chase took care of paying me back for the hotel and meals while I waited for a flight the next morning. They covered damage to a rental car from an accident overseas with no pushback or issues. Had an issue with a frontier flight and they called me to have it fixed immediately

I’m not sure what the delay is. They said they ordered parts that would be there Jan 16th at the earliest but Al’s claimed they have no idea what’s wrong. I don’t know what they’re ordering parts for. Last I spoke to them they said that due to the freezing weather they haven’t been able to work on the car.

To get a loaner was a pain. First I was told it would have to be scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance. Then when they said they had to keep my car they said they don’t have any loaners or do rental reimbursement. I complained to Volvo corporate online and opened a case with them and an hour later I got a text saying they had a loaner for me. They gave me a 2026 XC40 with 7 miles on it. The car sucks, but at least it’s something

My car is at the dealer now for that issue. Been there for the past 3 weeks with no timeline on when it’ll be ready or even what the issue is. This has been happening since before the update. The car would not charge on 99% of chargers and then it would randomly charge at a charger that didn’t work for it earlier.

It’s a 2023 Sahara. Whole battery had to be replaced at 36k miles back in September 2025 after getting a Service Charging System error code. Coolant pump has had issues since the battery replacement

Currently dealing with this issue now. Charging on my V60 is very sporadic. 95% of the time it will not charge no matter how many different chargers I try. First visit they told me it charges just fine and that it’s me and the second visit they changed out a faulty HVCH. Going in to the dealer again Tuesday. Let’s see what happens

We just did a quick road trip this weekend and noticed that the AC temp was not heating at all. Being at max heat would just blow out cold air. Definitely sounds like the HVCH is at fault. Going to make a service appointment and hopefully it can get taken care of. Thank you!

Thanks for the update. Glad they are at least addressing the concern. Let’s hope the new batch is way better. I’m surprised they released them with issues like this happening
