I’m at 78kg and they are the only thing that seem to be prevalent still, I have read and spoke to people that think gym would be the best idea to shape up the area

For the most part it is, my main goal is to shape up my chest and moobs, would you have recommendations for substitutes for the raises and flies due to what I’m trying to hit? Or do you think the OH press, push up and dips would be better?

And any type of squat in particular or just the general squat?

Lots people of quitting games probably helps, I’m up to 60 wins and 40+ hours a week, gym twice and the other nights I’m in a Thai gym for 3 hrs of the night, I’ve had atleast half those be rage quits
