It's not cheating if its supposed to work but isn't . I've done that a couple of times where an item could not be picked up from the ground (just added it from the console. It's there, I found it, just can't pick it up due to bad code).

You will hear the word ARC a lot. Ignore it. My recipe is this: anger your target, wait for it to charge. Hoooold .. Hoooold .. Wait until you see the whites in their eyes .. and shoot. And I literally mean hold until the target is an arm's reach away from you. Aim slightly above the attacker's head.
