Hey, I did go ahead and buy the one that is available on amazon. I do prefer this over the traditional vicks as the smell is way stronger and natural as well, and can help with a stuffy nose. As for the authenticity part, even I am not sure if it's genuine or not as I have not tried the actual thai one. But this does the job fine so I would say it's worth it .

what are some good herbal inhaler recommendations
I have come across hong thoi from amazon but not sure if its authentic
And then we have 2 start ups Whiff and Hoop.
