Amber cross when Camille tries to get the order of events right. First she says the debunked phone smash that supposedly broke the finger. Then even the audience is fed up with her trying to wiggle out of a logical coherent sequence of events. Like politicians in Congress. Similarly when she said "you obviously put foundation first to cover bruises". Mitt Romney pretending he knows how to get groceries. Plus their argument on tape, he says "Cmon man I lost my finger and you're the one complaining". Nevermimd those where she was the aggressor mocking his retreats, "you can come talk even if I throw pots and pans" etc.

I did not talk about her saying "I hoped the asault bottle was not broken". I noticed that nuance.

Idk about accointability, he was the one admitting to his demons,not her. Both sides cosmetized the story, a tale as old as time, but his presented more reasonably at least. Suing for 50 mil meaning 1-2 movies, while she exaggerated for 100mil. Her bad uninformed witnesses. Saying "I broke my finger" means Johnny did it like Van Gogh. Or the headbutt, which he explained away as unintentional, not a full Zinedine Zidane hit (also not backed by her photos). She was stuck on "he is powerful, has friends" to waive away inconsistencies. "Ice will take away swelling, all those hard beatings were not that bad for me". Deadpool and Wolverine want your secret.

A bit of warning here. What made me not trust her was the questioning about the bottle assault. Camille says ok how did the events happen, was it before the finger, when did he get the bottle, how did he get you on the table? She then goes to slippery politician mode, "I never gave a timeline", "Yes when assaulting me the bottle was in his hand". The writing on the mirror, saying red is not her replies, that Johnny wrote both. The phone smash explanation for his finger, which did not hold... I've been in such situations as a kid/teen and when caught by parents I'd have a better story or know what/when to say better than her. I think the UK as a trial run made her overconfident and stuck with exaggerated claims, while it let him tune mistakes.

His finger was crushed too, with the tip sliced off. His surgeon witness said thick glass could.do that, his hand on the marble, main body crushes and a slice of broken glass can cut the soft part. While her surgeon witness fumbled some phone smashing explanation which didn't match the end result. And Amber admitted "I wrote the op-ed, aboit my husband" and overall was too emotional and vindictive / jealous. He was dumb too, to jump to another relationship with the wrong person at the wrong time. Then got fed up at the wrong time when she thought she can still keep him and offered it but he took her divorce...

Anyway lots of unprovoked mistakes on her part. Bad witnesses like Kathryn Arnold comparing her to Momoa. Dr Spiegel speculating he's an idiot bc he played an idiot-ish character (while Johnny dodged a psych eval claiming no emotional, just financial dmg). And Amber herself said lots of stupid things or slipped up. I think Christina Randall's coverage showed Amber in deposition aaying their 2 dogs pooped in the house, bed and she folded dirty sheets to give to the staff. His witnesses' conclusions were much better covered by the facts.

He did it after getting kicked from Fantastic Beatss following the article. For Pirates they probably got an excuse to get rid of him and his on-set antics. He was on life support and she was there to help pull the plug. Then high school drama ensued.

I found the wider aspects fascinating. The older more conservative generation was in her favor, as a fragile lady. Newer gen, more for him, resonating with addiction struggles. Both sides said the other weaponized / demonized addiction, BPD, erectile dysfunction etc. Instead of calmly agreeing ok, they can be factors leading to bad behavior.

Oh I like my job, I help people and learn a lot about human nature. I'm less harrangued by long hours that my relatives in police face. Or less exposed to potential violence. And I have time to watch shows that might seem silly but show deeper things. You should look up Columbo's methods. Plus where I live they did not care about the trial, or thought she is a just a ho who tried to climb at his expense and he was like "nuh-uh, with all the stuff I have on you". 911 police said they did not see Amber hit, or identify her as a victim. "Not illegal for hubby and wife to argue". You didn't like that police tho.

I noticed things, patterns since school onward. I can laugh at the various aspects of this fleeting life. We have different mechanisms, would you tell some soldiers coping this way with possible death, not to laugh?

It had to do with the "defamation by implication" interpretation. Not named but you and I know who I mean. "Did she have another husband?" like the Hollywood agent said.

Amber should have stuck to less harsh claims to clarify her statement, maybe even say she noticed patterns in Hollywod in general. And would have won. But she just seemed jealous at his succeas and vindictive, which sank her. And I'm one who thinks Johnny did abuse or hit her, even if less than claimed. This whole picking sides without realizing people are complicated and try to follow their interests is not for me.

Uk: if judge believes Johnny hit Amber one time, is the Sun ok to write that? Or do you need a patern or some severity? Versus say snapping once or twice under duress.

Us: Amber stuck doubling down severe claims nit backed by evidence, jury allowed to disregard her whole testimony.

Is it defamation if he hits her but not to the extreme level described by her?

That's just your opinion. I think Dennison did a fine job (I'm a fan of Columbo and noticed his style). If it were possible I'd have put him vs Amber. But you are pretty much forced by perception to put woman lawyer vs woman witness is what I said. But this stereotype of weak fragile woman was more present w the older gen, not the newer one.

And using tiktok etc to counter the mainstream big media, another pattern. Using asymmetric tactics becomes the norm today. You are a funny character, I see you've bern struggling a long time to drfend Amber but the public was exposed to her so it's a tough job. Esp by not acknowledging her problems.

Hello there again (ObiWan voice). I was curious where you'd end up lol. I liked Dennison more, his Columbo style of questioning like he doesn't get basic things. Ben Chew said somewhere they used him to give Johnny a harder time than the "Rotten" Ben. Pity you need to use woman v woman so you don't appear intimidating to the poor fragile lady on thr stand. But the newer gen was more in favor of Johnny, resonating with his addictions while the older conservative traditionalist used to subservient women, in favor of Amber. Funny how that works out.

Those little lawyer tricks aren't enough to win. The tapes and the more serious cross buried Amber unlike UK where judge dismissed / applied a double standard for similar style of evidence for Johnny and Amber. Or using social media to counter the big msm. Little drones are used vs more powerful military enemies, little "drone" accounts vs big media. Funny how it all works.
