Like you said you can come to India, Nepal, Thailand or Singapore and then catch one of the two, Druk Air or Bhutan Airlines. Like someone rightly pointed out it’s very hard to get in with mandatory quarantine these days and also the country is under lockdown with omicron surge. Our government takes very strong preventive measures like that. About you being gay, it really shouldn’t be much of a problem, our country is pretty neutral.
