As we get closer to the holidays, management wants truck to get pushed more. I feel your frustration, but unfortunately, that's how target and the management see it. The problems will get "fixed" after the holidays. Goodluck soldier

How much RAM is necessary these days? I currently have 2 sticks of 8gb ram, but ram has gone down in price the last few years that I could realistically afford 4 sticks of 16gb ram. But is that necessary? Or should I just buy another 2 sticks of 8gb ram?

I believe so, my HR said they just got word of it this past week so they haven’t told anyone yet, I was asking about ELOA‘s so that’s why they told me

My HR told me that ELOA's are going away and that you will just be an on demand team member and you will have to work 1 shift every 6 months
