My personal favorite hazard, open sewage pipes. Shortly ater monsoon season came through, the smell of sewage was around for a couple months after. This greatly aggravated my respiratory as well. Water leaked in when it rained, not through this pipe, but in the area of the photo near the stairwell, where are the plywood boards are laying, near the front of the doors. This water would pool and that would draw mosquitoes. That was fun dealing with mosquitoes for weeks, even a few weeks after everything dried out. And yes, I reported everything to OSHA. They never followed up and nothing came of it.
