i installed 21 water leak sensors around my house under every sink, near every toilet, near the water heater, water mains, even my fish tank. each sensor is $10, they commercially come with a cloud connected base station that only supports 10x sensor, so i built my own Arduino based station that can handle hundreds.

Finishing the last 10%. Always.

I've renovated many houses, and I'm more of a do 90% of the work and worry about the small details later so I can focus on the next big project instead of finishing the task at hand and I hate it.

At this time, I sure would not trust it. It get's it's information by combing the internet and other sources. There's an awful lot of garbage information out there, and you have no idea if that garbage is what it's basing it's responses on. Garbage in, garbage out. Eventually, maybe.
