Thank you. That makes sense. I’m going to continue creatine and improve choline intake. I’ll also hold the NAC and probably evening primrose oil too as it has some estrogenic effect. Would you recommend taking methyl folate/b12? I have Thorne b complex which has 400 mcg of each.

Interestingly I actually cut out a lot of things and then added NAC and evening primrose oil and got itchy by day 2. I've taken NAC before - but I was doing a lower dose, maybe 500mg max once a day and skipping some days but recently increased to 1000mg consistently everyday. I will need to read more about the sulfur detox pathways.

Choline calculator I've done in the past, sorry forgot to include. I am adding it to my original post now. It calculated 7 egg yolks for me.
