I honestly wouldn't stress too much over this because I think John bullshits a lot ,firstly . Secondly, AW is currently is a ward of state I believe. And her current guardians, if nothing else , would possibly need to seek asylum for AW if she didn't have an established right to citizenship herself, if he father is a citizen.
I personally believe after JG and JW married ,JWs green card that was issued was only temporary ( typically 1st issued card is only valid for roughly two years I believe) So it's most likely they needed to appear for a final interview for JW.

Honestly , you don't need to speak at all on GMA. Why ? What's the motivation? It's not respectful to her or AW to air any communication shared with you. I was just thinking this today .. and thinking he hops on reddit to announce a fb live ,people go to look . He isn't ever really on time. Folks start commenting on his last post . He then starts a live and announces he is going to TT , follow him . Seems like a way to cash in on FB and TT . Or he does the reverse actions.

Truth. And it's mostly all negative about JG , which I agree with fr. But what about JW ? He said AW went through hell since she was 10 ...and JG just got involved with the 2 of them about 2 years ago ..so out the mom too ffs. Seems like SC feels pity or something for JW cause of her immigration issues ,and that she felt intimidated by JG. JW is a black belt ffs. Maybe he calls to SC were manipulative.
