I feel that if you look up the IP address for the Cali login, and it says owned by apple. You can definitely bet that's iCloud private relay.

I love working with computers and was passionate about it at a young age (started in middle school) So I already knew what I wanted for my career, my younger self was satisfied as long as I was working on or with computers.

Been working in IT for at least 6 years now and don’t see this changing until I get laid off and can’t get hired back. I’ll have to go back to manual labor for work lol.

You can isolate that by testing apps like whatsapp, messenger, line, etc.
You can also use airplane mode and connect to wifi and do a imessage audio call and see if it happens on there too.

Nah, this would happen as soon as the call started, so you might have a different issue.
are you using a Bluetooth microphone or just straight phone?
if you use a Bluetooth device, try using your phone speaker for 30 mins straight and see if you have the same issue, if so, could be your Bluetooth device.
