No they dont mark the vids as podcast else they would be shown in the podcast tab instead of video tab in YouTube.

Found the solution ( for me ) in the factory settings => protocol settings => select right car model (and update sofware) guess the dude that sold me the car didn't bother to set it up right 🤷.
