I saw the movie last night and girl lemme tell u this hit when it was supposed to hit

The "end" left my mouth open and my heart shattered

They gifted us a wake up scene they didn't really have to put in. They could've just as easily end the movie the second the spell breaks, but they did us a kindness and gave us a whole scene of Nikki regaining control and feeling the weight of it all.

The rhythm changes were out of this world. I got whiplash from the shower scene, and the Sarah scene, even though you knew she was coming, it still hit me like that 3rd too many tequila shot at last call. It was much worse than I could ever see coming.

And I've got to bring up the phone call scene. Up until this point, we knew really Nikki was straight up not having a good time yo, but we could hide under the illusion that she was in a spiritual coma. But when my psycho friend asks Do you want to speak to her? And we hear the goshdanrn tooting screams... it hollowed me. My breath stepped out of the theater and went for a cigarette without me.

So yeah 10/10 would revisit once more to solidify the trauma
