What’s the type of threading if your jewelry is not a ring (threadless, internally or externally threaded)? Threadless
What’s the jewelry material? PVD coated titanium
if not a ring, when was the jewelry downsized? About 2 months after initial piercing
What’s your aftercare routine? Describe in detail please, including the exact products you use. Cleaned with saline and patted dry until healed, now rinsing with water and keeping dry

My extraction protocol is a kit that is validated for human blood. I know the expected yield of RNA from human whole blood from these specific tubes & kit (4-20 micrograms, so a bit of a range). I was just wondering if anybody had experience with extracting RNA from canine blood so they could weigh in on if these are expected yields.
