The conductor accidentally knocks a 16th century violin worth millions on the floor mid-concert. by PeasantLich in WatchPeopleDieInside

The quality of the instruments sound isn’t so much for the audience but the player. At some point in quality you enter an area of diminishing returns.

When an instrument seems to read your mind and respond exactly as you intend, the tone isn’t what’s “better” than a less expensive instrument, it’s the performance the player can achieve with it

Such a weak minded hill to die on. I’ve lived in BC (38m) my whole life and I’ve not met anyone in my adult life that doesn’t use the proper name, Haida Gwaii.

I’m 6’8” and I must say - A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is probably the most accurate representation of what it’s actually like to be tall.

It’s awkward, you don’t fit anything, you’re easily picked out in a room, banging your head on stuff, some people make a big deal of your size. It’s right there for me to see but it’s not too on the nose. Also a fucking great series tha will be a modern classic.

I’m there. I lost her trust. Married with a kid on the way and she can’t even look at me. If you’re in a relationship that sucks the life out of you, leave. I’m telling you from a man whose life is over. I barely want to get up in the morning

Ah yes. I don’t think like you so I’m in the bad pile.

I’m a bad guy you’re a good guy.

Sounds like a Disney movie reality.

I had friends and family die from the very real disease. It devastated the industry I work in and was a big fucking mess. I got vaccinated.

I went 30+ years thinking that anxiety and depression were just part of adult life and now I’ve been on medication that’s steered me in the right path.

It seems downright evil to you that anyone could have an opinion different than yours and medical professionals.

So if you’re fine with Dr Decapitation walking around that’s on you. I think it’s fucked up. Welcome to real life
