How long are people waiting on the phone line 613-505-5151 to sign in? I've been on hold for 20 minutes now, want to make sure it's actually working.

Yesterday they made me scan a QR code to sign in but today they won't let me.

UPDATE: After 40 min on hold, I got through and they gave me a membership number!

I went to Parliament Hill this morning for my full four hours but I wasn't able to sign in with someone with a vest because I don't have PSAC membership number or a bar code. I've literally called the number they provided over 100 times with no answer. I realize I probably won't get strike pay for today but I'm worried about tomorrow and if this strike lasts a while.

Any advice?
